Whether its a response to the recent Findus food scandal with horse meet in the lasagna or if its a way of taking locally produced food to the next level is hard to tell. But the dutch inspired pub De Klomp in Linköping are having horse week during week 13 and are serving dishes from a local horse, with dishes from different part on each day. It feels like the pub that is known for it’s large variety of beer and local produced food are trying to make a stand, and with some luck it might bring some perspective into the food debate.
